TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to the following:
general
⦁ The commissions are digital illustrations. There will be no shipping of physical goods.
The client will receive a full resolution file of the completed drawing and a watermarked version to their email. The client is responsible for keeping their commission file.⦁ The commissioned piece and any part of it may not be used for any AI training purpose or any service/transaction related to NFT. This applies to all commissions and other works I have created from the past and future. If you ever use my art for any of those purposes you will be blacklisted.⦁ I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time.⦁ I hold the right to post the creation of all commissions on my social media, unless asked otherwise.⦁ I hold the right to livestream the creation of all commissions, unless asked otherwise.⦁ Estimated wait time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks after I've started working on the drawing. Working speed may vary depending on the complexity and queue. Check STATUS to see if there's a queue.⦁ Contact me earlier than 3 weeks before a deadline. A tight deadline will result in additional fees.⦁ I accept more than one commission request from one person. Mostly first come, first served.

personal usage policy
⦁ The commission is considered for personal use when the client does not intend to monetize it.⦁ The client is allowed to use the commission for gifts, wallpapers, personal prints, icons, headers, profile pictures, posts on social media with credit where applicable.⦁ Modification of the project, besides cropping, is prohibited.⦁ I retain full rights to the original artwork including: distribution, reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites, use in commission samples. The client may not claim it as their own creation.
commercial usage policy
⦁ Commissions are considered a commercial project when the client intends to monetize it.⦁ Art for commercial use will incur extra fees - generally x2 the original price. VTuber Model prices include the commercial use fee.⦁ The client is allowed to use the commission in monetized streams, merchandise and general content creation with credit where applicable.⦁ Modification of the project, besides cropping or adding text/designs on top of it, is prohibited.⦁ [For VTubers] Simple modification is allowed including putting color effects or assets over it, cropping and any modification for the purpose of rigging in Live2D Cubism.⦁ I retain the right as the artist of the commissioned work and publishing the art for self-promotion, display on public sites and use in commission samples.⦁ Commissions for commercial use may only make use of designs and objects that belong to the client or are public domain. It's the client's responsibility to handle any legal actions resulting from any materials given to me.
payment and refunds
⦁ Full payment is made upfront via PayPal's invoice system in USD.⦁ If the commission is 250 USD or more the client can pay 50% at the start of the project and the rest after completion. The finished files will be sent after I receive the remaining amount.⦁ Prices are subject to change at any time. The new prices will not influence orders started on older terms.

⦁ A full refund can be requested before I start working on the commission.
Full refund: The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.
ex: if you paid $85, paypal deducts 5.4% + $0.30 after the transaction fees and you will receive a $80.11 refundSketch: I keep 30% of the total price.
Lineart: I keep 60% of the total price.
Base color-Shading: No refund.I reserve the right to refuse and refund your commission whenever and for whatever reason I may have.

character sheet and comic
Price is calculated by the amount of headshots, half and full bodies that are included in the commission, as the prices are written in the sheets above - in Simple style and Regular style.
ex. Character sheet including one bust, one half body and one full body of a character in STANDARD style = 55+75+100= 230 usd total excluding background fees if any are applicable
vtuber models
includes: Live2D ready PSD + PNG of the model + 3 base expressions (happy, angry, sad)
*hands are not included in waist up model, adding any will count as 'additional limbs'The client must provide clear visual references, otherwise a design fee will incur.
Full VTuber designs are not available right now.

Reference sheets include a full body front view - with shading and back view - no shading. Includes 3 expressions. No background.

I will not add any graphics on the reference sheet (except for credits and the character's name).

commissioning process:
Read through all ToS.
Contact me via DM in Twitter/Instagram or email to: [email protected] with type of commission (ex. bust/half body/full body), reference pictures, pose and expression ideas.
For VTuber Model requests fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal after agreeing upon the commission details and pricing.
I will work on your commission only after receiving full payment, unless we have agreed on a different payment plan.
I will send you WIPs of the sketch, line art and the finished colored piece. Please, provide feedback during reviews! Big changes on the final piece will be charged with a fee.
The approved finished work will be sent to you via email.
